With over 25 years of experience in both civil and military aviation, he possesses a valid AML issued by CAASL. He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and Vertical Aviation International (VAI) in the USA.

Mr. Sarath Wijemanne, Director of Training & Coordination at Blue Skies Aviation Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a veteran Aircraft Engineer with expertise in Pratt & Whitney, Rols Royce engines. He has a wealth of experience in various aviation roles including as a Service Representative at Rolls Royce. He has served in many prominent airlines in the Middle East.

He has received numerous awards for bravery and excellence in operations and is a fellow of the Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka and a member of the Institute of Management of Sri Lanka.

Sarath Ratnayake

Mr. Sarath Ratnayake, a seasoned aviation professional with over 33 years of experience, is the Director CAMO of Blue Skies Aviation Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. He holds an aircraft maintenance engineering diploma from the USA and has worked in various technical services and fleet management roles, including as a senior systems engineer and fleet manager for an international airline in Sri Lanka and Middle East holding approval for Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) by the UAE GCAA and CAASL.

Lalith Goonewardene

Director Flight Operations

Captain E. Lalith Goonewardene (Retd) is Director Flight Operations at Blue Skies Aviation and he is a professional aviator with over 40 years of experience. He began his career at Air Lanka in 1979 and has held pilot licenses and ratings for a variety of aircraft, including the Boeing 737-200, Lockheed Tristar 1011, Airbus A320, A330, and A340. He is also an Airbus-trained Type Rating Instructor (TRI) and has served as an instructor for Sri Lankan Airlines.
